"Seems to go down whenever I need it"
I don’t have exact numbers or anything, but it feels like the app has been crashing a lot more lately. Almost every time I actually need to use it, it seems to be down or just stops working.

"The reporting could be a lot better"
I’m sure it works great for someone, somehow, but my experience with the analytics has been frustrating. The reports are hard to make sense of, and I don’t really get useful insights from them. So, yeah, everything’s totally fine... except the reporting is kind of a mess...

"My first impression of the support team really..."
My first impression of the support team really wasn’t great. I reached out expecting a fairly straightforward reply, but it took way longer than I thought it would. When they finally got back to me, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I had to explain the same thing again, and even then I didn’t get a clear solution. That first experience kind of set the tone for the whole thing, and it was frustrating.

"Pretty good overall, but setup could be smoother"
Overall, the onboarding was decent and I liked that it felt approachable at first. That said, the setup took longer than I expected and got a little confusing in a few spots, so I had to spend extra time figuring things out. Once I got through that part, though, everything seemed to come together fine

"Calling and texting just felt unreliable"
I tried using it for calls and texts, and after a while I just started assuming something would go wrong. Some messages wouldn’t show up right, and calls dropped often enough that it became frustrating. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it wasn’t worth the headache

"Contact management got frustrating quickly"
I started using CLOSED a few weeks ago to keep my contacts organized, it got annoying fast. At first I thought I just needed a day or two to get used to it, but by the end of the week I was still dealing with duplicate contacts, weak search results, and way too many clicks just to update basic info. Maybe it fits someone else’s workflow, but for me it ended up slowing me down more than helping.

"The pipeline view really needs work"
I tried using Close.com to manage our sales pipeline, it was more frustrating than helpful. The pipeline view felt cluttered, deals were hard to follow, and the filters didn’t do much to make things clearer. I kept having to double-check where everything stood, which slowed the team down instead of helping us stay organized. Maybe it works better for other setups, but for us it created unnecessary confusion. I really think the company needs to take more accountability for how clunky this experience can be and make the pipeline easier to manage.

"Works okay, but I’m not totally sold on the integrations"
Closed connects with some of the tools we use, and for the most part it does what we need. That said, a couple of the integrations were kind of a pain to get set up, and they still seem to act a little weird sometimes. Maybe it’s partly our setup, I’m not really sure, but it hasn’t felt as smooth as I was hoping. Support did help a bit, which was nice, but overall it can still be a little frustrating.

"costs way too much honestly"
I mean it’s just basic stuff and the price feels way too high for what you’re actually getting... not really worth it to me

"Couldn’t Get It to Fit Our Workflow"
In the end, we just couldn’t get the CRM to work the way we needed. I spent hours trying to customize the workflow, but everything felt clunky and limited. No matter how much I tweaked it, it still didn’t really fit how our team works.

"Email automation ended up being more hassle than help"
I tried using Close.com for email automation, but it wasn’t a great fit for me. The setup felt more confusing than I expected, and the emails didn’t always go out the way I thought they would. "I Got Lost Almost Immediately"
I really wanted to like this, but using it felt like being dropped into a maze with no map. I kept clicking around trying to figure out where things were, and the whole experience just got frustrating fast. It’s way too confusing to navigate for something that should be simple.
